J. Addy - "Pass Me By" - 3/10

Still not getting any submissions yet, so I went to my most recent email submission. J. Addy sent in his song "Pass Me By" and I got a chance to listen to it via Spotify. My first thought was that I love the cover art, makes me automatically excited for the song. The beat sounds light but J. Addy comes in kind of loud! Again, the engineers fault for not mixing well enough. The entire song has horrible sound quality and it distracts from actually enjoying it. I can tell what he was trying to do with song. Deep, conscious, inspiring and what not. Because of the quality, I can't really give it a chance. My advice would be to go to a real deal studio and record this again. I appreciate the substance of the song, keep going! He didn't add his social media, so I have no clue what it is. If any of you find it, please post in the comments.
